Odíhg Tmerināv (Tmeri /nəˑv/ [future] [propaganda]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Weian Region of the Tetbur Commune.

The name Odíhg Tmerināv is derived from the Tauric language, as Odíhg Tmerināv was founded by Ihzeh Rhys, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Odíhg Tmerināv has a yearly average temperature of 16°C (60°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cool 20°C (68°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 12°C (53°F). Odíhg Tmerināv receives an average of 240 cm/y (94 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Odíhg Tmerināv covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1192 m (3910 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Odíhg Tmerināv was founded durring the late 12th century in spring of the year 1081, by Ihzeh Rhys. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Ihzeh Rhys.

Odíhg Tmerināv was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Tmerināv is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Odíhg Tmerināv is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of premissive paverstone streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Odíhg Tmerināv has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Odíhg Tmerināv's natural decorations nor waterways.

Odíhg Tmerināv's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.

Odíhg Tmerināv used to be much richer, but something happened in the last (13442 % 6)+1 years to crush its source of prosperity. Different factions of the community might be trying to grasp at the remaining dregs of wealth, others might try to restart the failed industry, and some might look for a new livelihood. Any group or entity thought responsible for the collapse is likely to be treated very harshly, and some locals might find profit in shifting the blame to their enemies.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Odíhg Tmerināv was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Odíhg Tmerināv lost 269 people, 129 livestock, and 64 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 142, when members of Odíhg Tmerināv's militia enacted an operation to capture a specific enemy religious figure alive. The operation was complicated by at least some of the intelligence related to the operation was incorrect. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in a crushing defeat for Odíhg Tmerināv's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Odíhg Tmerināv's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
